PMB Technology Berhad ("PMBT") was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 26 June 2002 as a public limited company under its present name. It was incorporated to facilitate the listing the subsidiary companies of Press Metal Berhad ("PMB"), namely the PMB Facade Technology Group ("PMBF Group") and
the Everlast Aluminium Group ("Everlast Group") and was listed on Second Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 5th November 2003.

The PMBT Group is involved in the production and provision of downstream aluminium products, principally the designing, fabricating and installation of aluminium curtain wall and cladding systems (also known as the facade systems) and the manufacturing and sale of aluminium ladders and access equipment.

PMBF Group has established itself as an international specialist fabricator in the aluminium curtain wall cladding and industry. The group offers a one stop centre, from conceptual design to complete installation.

Everlast Group of Companies is involved in the manufacturing and distribution of ladders and access equipments as well as the distribution of extruded aluminium profiles and related building
materials. The business in manufacturing and distribution of aluminium ladders has been in existence for more than 20 years. Its product name "Everlast" is a well recognized household and
industrial name for aluminium ladders and is the only ladders manufacturer in Malaysia to be certified in ISO9001:2000 quality management system.
